A Return to Self
There are moments in life when something within begins to whisper…to soften, to slow down, to listen differently.
Not because something is wrong—but because something deeper is ready to be remembered.
This work lives in that space.
A space where you are invited to return to your body,
to reconnect with your breath, and to meet yourself with a different kind of presence—one that allows you to reconnect with the deeper intelligence that has always been guiding you.
This is not about intensity.
It is about intimacy—in relationship to self, to others, to nature and to spirit.
My Path…
My path into this work began through my own unraveling.
There was a time when my body was asking for something I didn’t yet know how to give—and the more I tried to push through, the louder it spoke.
So I learned to listen.
I had to learn the language of my body first—before I could truly hear what was moving through me.
Not all at once…but slowly.
Gently.
In layers.
What once felt overwhelming became something I could move with—instead of against.
What I once experienced as pain revealed itself as guidance…quietly leading me to a doorway—a threshold into presence, awareness, and a deeper understanding of myself.
And in crossing that threshold…everything changed.
My Work…
Today, I am a Tribal Detox trained Kambo practitioner, ceremonialist, educator, and creatrix.
I weave together natural principles, my background in mental health, and a deep devotion to personal growth to support those seeking recalibration, restoration, and reconnection with their wholeness.
My work is rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern understanding—honoring the body’s innate intelligence while creating safe, grounded, and intentional ceremonial spaces.
I have been called into many roles along the way—holding ceremony, creating wellness workshops, facilitating gatherings, and offering spaces for reflection, movement, and connection.
Through it all, I remain both a student and a guide—walking alongside those I serve with humility, presence, and care.
A Personal Note…
My Kambo ceremonies are held with deep reverence, honoring the sacredness of this traditional practice.
I am committed to creating a container that is loving, grounded, and deeply supportive—so each person feels safe, seen, and held throughout their journey.
If you feel drawn to this work, trust that it is not a coincidence.
There is already something within you that is ready—not to become someone new, but to return to what has always been there.
It is an honor to walk alongside you on your path.
