FAQ + Safety

A Clear, Grounded Approach to Working with Kambo

Your safety, well-being, and informed consent are my highest priorities.
Kambo is a powerful traditional wellness practice, and it’s important that each person enters this work with clarity, care, and responsibility.

What is Kambo?

Kambo is a traditional secretion from the Phyllomedusa bicolor frog, used for generations by Indigenous tribes of the Amazon.

In ceremonial and wellness contexts, Kambo is approached as a tool for cleansing, grounding, and energetic reset — always with respect for the body, the medicine, and the individual receiving it.

Science, Tradition & the Peptides of Kambo

A Note on Safety

These guidelines exist to protect your cardiovascular system, nervous system, and overall well-being.

Kambo places intense, temporary stress on the body, and proper screening is essential.

All clients are required to complete:

  • Sacred Hands Intake Form

  • Sacred Hands Liability Waiver

  • Sacred Hands Consultation call ($35)

If there is any uncertainty, we pause, assess, and choose the safest path forward.

This work is not about pushing through—it is about meeting your body with respect, and only moving forward when it is truly safe to do so.

Who is Kambo for?

Kambo may be appropriate for people who feel called to:
